Tours
If you have not already done so, please consider making an appointment! We would very much like to meet you and encourage you to tour our school and campus. We offer private tours, which can be scheduled through our CCS Private Tour Scheduler or please consider attending our next Open House, which is scheduled for November 12th begining at 5:30pm- to reserve your spot visit CCS Open House Scheduler.
How to Apply
We ask families to apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents the ability to track the status of their child's application. There are no fees associated with our application process. To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link. Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account (CCS Application Log In) and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.
After submitting the application, you will be able to track your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. In addition, you will be able to print the completed application, monitor when the school receives any applicable supplemental forms and, if necessary, reprint the forms. After submition, the school will conduct a record review, which may include the following: application review, record request from previous institution, and a Crusader for a Day experience (student visit). Prospective families will then be notified with an acceptance, non-acceptance, or waitlist email.

Enrollemnt Fees: $250/student or $500/family*
Pre-Kindergarten Program: 5-day $8,925
3-day $6,825
2-day $4,725 (3 year old only)
Kindergarten: $6,825
Grade 1-5: $6,300
Grade 6-8: $7,750
Grade 9-12: $8,925
*The enrollment fee is a NON-REFUNDABLE payment, which must be paid in order to reserve your child’s spot. The enrollment fee will be collected through FACTs when completing the Enrollment Form.
Grant and Aid
Catholic Central is a tuition based program; however, there are multiple opportunities for financial aid based on need. If you anticipate the need for tuition support, please complete the FACTs Grant and Aid application. This will require you to create a username and password.
